A Message from the president.

Many of you reading this may be in a state of major change in your family's life.  I would like to say to you, "Stay strong."  With the proper guidance and information you can overcome your loved one's short term challenges. When you start looking for company to care for your loved one, remember of couple of the following tips. My family learned these lessons the hard way.  There are a few things you can ask a senior care services company that should give you a pretty good barometer of how they operate.  First, all associates working for a company should be be properly screened and have their backgrounds checked. This is a state law but we have found a few companies not adhering.  I will tell all of you now that owning a private duty home care company is an honor but also a challenge.  The most difficult aspect of this industry is to make sure that we are sending a clean qualified and properly screened caregiver to you or your loved ones house.  This is where the hard work takes place.  In addition, look for a company that can provide several different services so that you have to deal with as few people as possible. These are just a few key area's of importance when hiring a company to care for your loved one. I hope they can help you.
